Via Brasil Steakhouse in Summerlin

I made a reservation for our anniversary, they called to confirm! The staff was so accommodating from the moment we walked in. The sides were delectable (mushroom risotto was so yummy! and the salad bar was fresh and stocked. They took pride in the beauty of the experience right down to the salt and pepper grinders on each table. I was so amazed at the quality of the food. Each and every piece of red meat I tasted was decadent and mouth watering. The sea food was flavored to perfection. The passadors were so helpful and happy! We had a wonderful time!!

Amazing for me I’d definitely go back. I went to brunch for 1 bottomless mimosa , 2 people, 90$ .. meats were amazing especially the tri-tip yum

I love this restaurant! They have a delicious array of different meats. I love the beef. Also they have a fantastic salad bar. The service was excellent.

I went to a private luncheon and the service and quality of food is just as I remembered it from years ago—attentive, friendly, and prompt. The owner was present and approachable with all of the guests. I look forward to bringing my family back soon!

This restaurant is a great place for meet ups, special dinner occasions, birthday celebrations, happy hour and more. I've been there for all of the above named reasons and was never disappointed. The food is awesome and the salad bar is delightful!! I can't recommend one specific food item because it would a disservice to all the amazing dishes that are offered. Endless food!
