Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Las Vegas

The restaurant's management is very poor, with many complaints made months ago that have not been addressed. I visited on a hot day and noticed that the bar area was warm and damp, giving off an unpleasant vibe for diners seeking a quick and fresh lunch. The staff seemed hesitant and unorganized, leading to frustration when placing orders. It appears that previous complaints have been ignored, indicating a lack of teamwork and overall morale within the establishment. Overall, the dining experience was dismal.

I want to make it clear that this review is not just for the sake of it, but to seek improvements in this restaurant. It is frequented by many customers, but unfortunately, it has a reputation for poor customer service and getting orders wrong. On my recent visit, my order had to be modified due to dietary restrictions, but the changes were not noted (not the first time this has happened). The only reason my drinks were correct was because I ordered online. The staff, particularly the women, appear stressed and more irritable than welcoming. Incorrect orders and grumpy staff are definitely not a good combination.

I visited this restaurant on April 10th, 2022 at 1:30 a.m. and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. I was charged for avocado in my meal but did not receive it. The wraps were not properly cut and were cold. The lids on my smoothies were not secured properly and they tasted strange. Additionally, I did not receive the chips I had requested. This restaurant is not cheap and I was very disappointed to come home and find that my order was completely wrong.

First I want to say I love tropical smoothie. but today was very disappointing. I ordered a cajun garnelensalat, which I ordered frequently. my rice is not boiled, the garnel is almost ice cold. not sure if I should heat up anything except the salat. my Jalapeño maize was also cold. I called 5 times when I thought they were answering the phone because nobody was there. I have to be on this place smoothie is good! Here come the two stars.

I LOVE tropical smoothie. Wayyy better than jamba juice and the chai banana boost with peanut butter is literal heaven. 6.50 for a very decent sized high quality smoothie isn't bad at all. Starbucks will sell drinks half the size for the same or more cost!
