Tommy Bahama Marlin Store - Las Vegas

Sat outside in 102F weather and it was nice.... Great mister system. The Ahi tacos and Beef sliders were fresh and tasty. Well done all around.

Great find at LV Town Square. Fun casual atmosphere. Super friendly staff. Food is fresh and tastes delicious. Drinks are great too, esp the boozy shakes.

The Marlin Bar shocked us with tasty fare and exceptional service. Why shocked? Diners don’t usually expect great food and service like this is a mall. Yet malls are generally the home of Tommy Bahama restaurants and stores…and we almost always come away impressed with Tommy’s restaurants. The quesadilla and shrimp salad were very flavorful and reasonably priced for the strip. The service model was different, and wonderful. The super helpful staff of three or four servers rotated around the room as opposed to focusing on tables. Plates were cleared quickly, water topped instantly, and no request went without attention. The server crew was great. As for the dining area, it’s casual. There was nothing unique or particularly interesting about the space. Bottom line, if you are at this mall and want a great meal experience, rush to the Marlin Bar. Our return is inevitable.
