Todd English's Olives - Las Vegas

The service was excellent and incredibly fast. We didn't have a lot to eat, but we were in and out within an hour. Our server was fantastic and effortlessly accommodated our daughter's food restrictions. She also provided great suggestions for my wife and me. We had a wonderful time celebrating my wife's birthday, and they surprised her with a platter of various cookies, although they unfortunately weren't very good. We plan to return to explore more of the menu, as there were several interesting options we didn’t get to try tonight.

Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and the food was amazing. To top it all off, we got a dessert with a candle for my sister at the end of our meal. The atmosphere at Olives is both relaxing and luxurious, and I can't wait to visit again. The bar also looked beautiful. I’ve lived in Las Vegas for a year now, and this has been one of my best experiences!

The meatball is delicate, moist, and aromatic, while the sauce is perfectly balanced between sweet and salty. The highly sought-after beef carpaccio never disappoints; in fact, it may be the best we've had. Instead of filet mignon, they use sirloin for a richer flavor. The agnolotti stuffed with lemon ricotta and veal, accompanied by veal jus, is also delightful. Just a hint of lemon adds a refreshing touch to this otherwise rich dish. It's clear that the chef is a genius in his field.

Last night we had the most amazing meal. chef todd english has made an amazing job. the appetiser are the best in las vegas. the beef carpaccio is one of the houses mainstays and is the absolute best. Do not forget that the honey cake serruga cavier goes beyond extraordinary.

My husband brought me to Olives for my birthday dinner this weekend and all I can say is Wow!Our server Michael was amazing! The two pear martini was to die for! Food was 10/10! The bar area has a lounge Piano singer which made it such a vibe! We will be back!!
