The Kitchen At Atomic - Las Vegas

I am truly impressed by the food! It is simply delicious. We ordered the half chicken and the pork chop, and the flavors of the sauces were exceptional. The meat was cooked to perfection. The vegetables were tasty, but there's room for improvement. The chard carrots would have been better if they were thicker since grilling made them a bit woody. The broccoli rabe was flavorful, but it might be too bitter for some tastes. My main suggestion would be to include a few more familiar options for sides and appetizers. Overall, it was an incredibly enjoyable dining experience at a great price! I'm really impressed! The dessert was phenomenal: homemade gelato and deep-fried apple pie!

The service was outstanding. The chef came over to greet us and surprised us with a fantastic peach salad. Every dish our waiter suggested was simply delicious, and our group ended up sharing a variety of plates. The only dish I wasn't particularly fond of was the ratatouille, as it had a bit too much tomato for my taste. On top of that, the staff was very attentive, making sure my water glass was always filled. We will definitely be returning!

While the patio looked inviting, it was a bit too chilly to use. We were greeted promptly and seated in a spot where we had a great view of the entire dining area. Our server provided a thorough overview of the menu and highlighted both popular dishes and personal favorites. Our food and drinks arrived quickly—especially the cocktail, which came in under a minute! The presentation was excellent. The spring pea salad was perfectly in season and not overly dressed, while the braised pork tagliatelle had a fantastic structure and generous portion. Even their take on bread pudding with bourbon sauce was hard to resist, despite being a bit heavy on the cardamom for my taste. I learned they were transitioning chefs, but everything flowed seamlessly during our visit. I believe this speaks volumes about the management. It's easy for small details to be overlooked in this part of downtown, especially next to a bar, but that was not the case here. Everything was spot on, and the team’s chemistry was evident throughout. Kudos to everyone involved! I will definitely be back. Thank you!

The cocktails are fantastic, the staff is wonderful, the music is great, and the atmosphere is amazing!

The service and atmosphere were excellent, and our server Athena was particularly outstanding! She made the dining experience enjoyable and put in a tremendous effort to cater to our needs. I can't wait to dine here again!
