The Hush Puppy - Las Vegas

The old Hush Puppies is no more, went in the other day only to be told new owners and no more all-you-can-eat. I couldn't justify eating there as all you can eat was $24.00 and now for 3 pieces of catfish is $22.00. Gave 1 star for changing a locals historic restaurant.Food: 1/5

First and last time going here. Food was terrible. Frozen food battered and fried. No all you can eat catfish like it says on their website. No fried chicken either. We saw the good rating but did not read the recent reviews, that it’s under new management. It will go out of business.Food: 1/5

Just had dinner here this evening. The restaurant was spotless clean. we were greeted very kindly seated immediately. Staff was very attentive friendly. We ordered everything from soup to dessert and every single thing was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The salad was cold crisp fresh, hush puppies were great, clam chowder soup was super flavorful-also Louisiana soup was tasty. Fried shrimp was on point ! to top it off a slice of pecan pie ended our wonderful meal. I recommend this place as it was our first time there.

New ownership. Service is Horrible. It took over an hour and a half to get the food. Didn't even get water or drinks for over an hour. Salad came with the food. They only had 3 servers for the entire restaurant. It is not the same restaurant as it use to be. I won't return.Food: 2/5

Do not eat here. It was really hot inside, we were sweating. The food was not good. I went to order the macaroni salad, and another server said, Do not get it. Just don 't do it. No one at the table ate the beans and rice, so plain. The French fries were the worst I have ever had. The salad had no cheese and 2 croutons. We had to ask for cheese and croutons. The server was sweet.
