The Charcoal Room Palace Station Casino

The service and atmosphere here is wonderful. The wait staff were very polite, professional and informative about their menu items. The restaurant and dining area was well kept and clean. The food here overal was high quality and mostly perfect with a couple of small exceptions. We started off with the calamari. They were very large portions cooked perfectly, but the breading was too heavy on the salty side for my taste. For entrees we had two filets mignon and the lamb chops. They were all cooked perfectly to our requests. I personally had the lamb and it was really tasty. Also being paired with the apricot gave it a very enjoyable flavor profile. We also ordered sides of baked potatoe, sweet potatoe, green beans and sauté asparagus with our meals. They were all cooked and seasoned perfectly with the other small exceptions being a few of the asparagus bottoms were not trimmed enough leaving them hard and inedible. Overall a great dining experience and highly recommended if you are staying in the Palace Station or local looking for a new place to try.

Went to this restaurant yesterday with some friends. The food was great. The service was extremely low even though the restaurant wasn’t very crowded.

Great cuisine at top notch price near the Las Vegas Strip. Stunningly impeccable service and an off the charts salad bar with lobster bisque, king crab legs, and Caesar salad. Worth going to a time or two.

Our first time in here, English couple in their 50s. Came in early when the place was nearly empty. Pleasant staff, I ordered a pineapple mojito for the wife. Menu had plenty of choice. We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp (SUPERB! and the French Onion Soup (VERY GOOD for starters. We ordered a ribeye and a fillet for main with a side of a loaded potato with mac'n'cheese. The whole meal was awesome. We were not rushed and had time for a second cocktail. The price was about what you expect from a Vegas Casino steakhouse, but the value for money was great as I have had worse meal for more money. We would happily return here and recommend this place highly.

I saw this place in TikTok and it did not disappoint. The service was great from the initial seating to the check. The waiters wete attentive, nice, and answered every question we had. The food was amazing! I had the prime steak, crispy mash potatoes, and we shared the bacon wrapped shrimp. All three were a 10/10. Would highly recommendnThe Charcoal Room.
