Teriyaki Madness - Las Vegas

So I recently went for lunch first time here. I ordered chicken teriyaki with vegetables. I didn't know what to expect I waited probably like maybe 5 to 8 minutes The place is really clean. My food came out they brought it to my table if you dine in there's hot sauce and teriyaki sauce you can add . I also went a second time I liked it so much this time I ordered chicken rice and vegetable again the food was good didn't take a long time but this time they didn't give me enough chicken I'm not sure maybe because I ordered rice and veggies but overall this place is really good I will definitely come back again

I got the spicy orange chicken with white rice. There was so much sauce on it that that was all I could taste- couldn't taste chicken, rice, or vegetables. When I ate a veggie by itself it didn't taste right- I think they put something on it. (I got them on the side) After 3 bites I threw it all away. Was the first time having teriyaki madness so I thought I'd give the chain another chance. Went to one closer to my home. Ordered everything separate. They wanted to charge me $20 for an $11 bowl. So my dinner would have cost me $30 cuz I already bought one n trashed it. I will NEVER eat at any teriyaki madness again.

They must have changed their sauce recipe. It has a smoky sauce and does not taste sweet anymore like it used to. So bad now I won't be eating here anymore.

Sometimes on point and fire but man every time I've been recently they've messed up my order. Wrong items completely wrong orders one time. The quality going down hill too...

So this is a recent loss of stars in my opinion. I love this place. Or used to. Recently they switched the meat they use in the steak bowl and it has not done them any favors. In fact, I don’t like it at all. This place went from one of my favorite restaurants to not even on my list at all. I won’t order here anymore. Not sure why they changed up the ingredients, maybe to cut costs but I don’t think it is going to prove helpful. It’s really a major game changer and lowers the level of the food quality significantly. I wish I had better things to say.
