Tbaar - Las Vegas

I went to this restaurant and the person at the front was very rude. He was on his phone and didn't know English. He had to talk to his "boss" on the phone because I had won a giveaway from them and they refused to honor it. They said it was "expected." There was no expiration date mentioned or detailed in the rules. If they don't want to honor giveaways, then they shouldn't have them. They continued to speak negatively about us in Chinese. Very unprofessional. Any other boba shop is better than this one.

The drink prices were over $7.50. The service was terrible, as the staff did not understand English and were on their phones the whole time. All the drinks tasted weak and watery, and the food had no flavor.

TLDR: Good smoothies, location, and service. Underwhelming milk teas and boba. Definitely a good place, would recommend trying!As of right now a pretty good place but has the potential to be a hidden gem. The smoothies taste good but the milk teas and Boba is kind of under whelming. The teas are either brew not long enough or are using tea bags as oppose to brewing the tea with the raw teas in the water making it seem watery or very weak in terms of tea flavor, especially in teas like thai tea were it is usually brewed for a few hours to get that deep red color and very strong smell and flavor. Boba texture is fine but the flavor seems to be sat in a white sugar mixture but I don't know if that was just an effect made by the drink it is in, but personally i prefer a brown sugar or honey mixture because it gives the boba have more flavor. I would say they should try experimenting with stronger teas and different mixture for the boba to sit in after the cooking process. Great place, good smoothies, good service but in terms of milk tea and boba some what underwhelming but they are improving by the day so I'd recommend coming in because I know I will.

Delicious fruit juices at a reasonable price! The staff is incredibly friendly. Make sure to take advantage of the 3 board games they have available for customers to enjoy while visiting.

This place was so cute! The drinks were good and refreshing. I loved that they used real fruit and not powder.
