This place is know for their goblet drinks that include lots of candies and that also smoke up with dry ice. The drinks were pretty strong yet still tasted pretty good (can also be made non alcoholic too). For the spaghetti, it was pretty decent with good flavor. Surprisingly (in contrast to the little picture shown) the chicken and waffles came with 4 pieces of huge chicken pieces, definitely shareable! The chicken itself was moist and seasoned well with a good crust. The decor is very cute glam and great for pictures, especially the Vegas Baby sign in the stairway. Service was great, we made reservations just to be safe and was able to be seated promptly despite being a couple minutes late. Our server checked on us every sonoften to make sure we were ok. If you enjoyed your server 's service, they suggest tipping in cash otherwise they have to split amongst all the employees if done by card. Apparently the location change is a bit confusing, so what you want to look for is the center called Miracle Mile Shops (same building as Fat Tuesday) and go towards the area near Rainforest Cafe. It is NOT in the Fashion Mall area anymore. Give the place a try if you want a cute brunch moment!
We went around and around in circles in the Miracle shops trying to find this place but it's outside..We asked a janitor and security and they both didn't know where it was.. I remember it being indoor near the bull riding restaurant. Anyways the drinks are pricey and you no longer get to keep the bowl unless you pay an extra $15. This Sugar Factory is located outside of Miracle Mile Shops. The drinks we ordered were around $45...but somehow our total came out to $120....No we still did not get the bowl. They had a cute background near the staircase for pictures and a bathroom inside. I ordered the watermelon flavor and could barely taste the alcohol. After drinking most of it, I noticed you have to drink it fast and eat the gummies right away or else the dry ice will make the gummies hard. So overall, this place is good for those social media pics and backdrops but the drink isn't worth the price.. There is a DJ somewhere upstairs so the music was quite loud, but we didn't mind the music he was playing.
We didn't wait long for a table, but we waited long for everything else (waiting for menus, waiting to order, waiting for food and drinks, and waiting to pay). The waiter was nice, but he was very clearly stretched thin. Drinks are fun and one of their concoctions is enough to share between two people. Their pasta was amazing, or maybe I was drunk. There was no garlic bread with our several pasta orders and after waiting a long while, we were finally able to wave down our waiter to ask. He simply informed us that they had run out, but could bring us fries instead. One would wonder what would've happened if we never inquired about the bread; perhaps they would've tried to overlook it entirely. He did however upgrade the generic towers of s'mores to a banana split ice cream sundae for our friend whose birthday we were celebrating.
Checked into our reservation about 5 minutes early. The lady was able to change our seating from four to three. We browsed the candy store while waiting to be seated. We waited about 25 minutes to be seated for our 6 pm reservation. It was really busy and once seated, took another 13 minutes before anyone came by to bring us water and take our drink and meal order. The waitress offered to bring us a water pitcher too because I was so parched I finished the water glass she brought me before she finished taking our orders. She never came back with our pitcher and she even left her tray behind. It took 30 minutes before our meals arrived. Our drinks didn't come out until we asked about them and nearly cancelled our order. Waitress said it only takes two seconds to make them and garnish with the candy so wondering why it never came out. It came out as we finished our meal so we asked for a to go cup for it instead. She never came back with the ranch my friend ordered either or a straw for or It was loud and disorganized. They turn off the lights every time someone orders the $100 ice cream and sing which was pretty annoying trying to eat my meal through the on and off turning of the lights. It was an experience to say I've been here, done that, but definitely not coming back again. It's a once in a life time experience and i don't think it's worth the hype.
We picked this place to celebrate some awesome volleyball playing. (SCVA Tournament We started off well....then it went downhill. DRINKS: This is what they are famous for (and why we chose this place . As we started to order, the server quickly advised us of the multiple flavors they were out of stock on...bummer (but we found drinks we were ok with and they ended up tasting very good. FOOD: Well we ordered the club sandwich, surf and turf burger, popcorn shrimp, chicken and waffles and some extra fries. We did not however get ANY food until we complained. We sat for an hour and a half waiting with minimal to no check back from our server. Once we complained, the manager came and told us our food went to other people and our food is being remade. (Not cool!! We eventually got our food and the sandwich, shrimp and burger tasted good, but the chicken and waffles???? Oh my...they must have run out of batter so they started using Eggo waffles... (no, not kidding, look at photo . The chicken was way over cooked and the thin crispy fries turned into grocery store crinkle fries?? SERVICE: Well as stated earlier, minimal attention, although Jeff was very helpful on getting us our water we never got, and helping to find our server and food. This would have ended with only one star, but the drinks were very tasty and the rest of the food was good. And friendly Jeff helped add a star. The manager said they are moving locations (as to provide an excuse for the bad experience ...but, if you are going to ruin your brand because you are going to move, you should just close and re open in the new location. Major disappointment. PS. The manager did offer a discount but can 't say we would ever come back. Boo!
