Never had bad experience with this Starbucks But this time is was Disgusting what I saw on the bottom of my drink idk what it was looks like is rotten milk (I got sick) Call them and ask for replacement the guy said to me ok come over and get your free drink. Free! Really free no sr. I pay for it already, you made it wrong, so is not f- free! Yes I'm upset at the fact that you telling me is free How dare you ????
Went here got the wrong order. The lady refused to remake it claiming it was cream based even though the color was to dark and I could clearly taste the coffee. Even after I told her this and even said I was not really allowed to drink coffee or any caffeine products because of my kidney she still argued and refused to give me what I ordered.
Overpriced, forgetful staff, order was wrong, never got my receipt. Honestly, just a waste of time. Probably won't be back ????
TOO MUCH ICE. I had a grande caramel macchiato, drank it for an hour, and it was still full of ice (not melted). How much ?drink? did I really pay for? Also the menu in the drive-thu is inaccurate and they just said ?Dunno why, but it?s $5+ for your total? no sorry, and no caring for the customer. I?d rather wait in line at the one in UNLV than go back there.
