Starbucks - Las Vegas

Stopped in there this morning for a QUICK bite.. got absolutely nothing! Several employees behind the counter no 1 to even take my order. The gentleman affront me took so long I thought someone else would come to my rescue? Much to my surprise, agitated out of time at this point, I had to leave. Guess it takes a full 15/20 minutes per customer and full staff just to place your order nowadays?

I hope this coffee shop stays. I love coffee but I like the drive thru at this location. There have been several food establishments in this building, but they don't seem to last. I need another caramel frappe, please.?Food: 3/5

Does not take anything over $20 yet has no policy documentation. Subjective management creating policies on the fly. Avoid the franchise.

Smallest venti on the planet. Ordered two ventis.....Whats wrong with this picture? Same place, same order, same time. Fail.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I work at a company down the street from this location. We place multiple large orders weekly and give a lot of business to them. This is the 3rd time I have had an issue with this location. I placed a door dash order multiple times for my co workers and I and every single time they put an empty food item bag and write on it “sorry sold out”. It’s common courtesy to call me or call the dasher to see about a replacement. But instead they send an empty bag and do nothing to help. Who does that? I have called and spoke with Brooke (supposedly the manager), who says sorry that’s what we are told to do. Why can’t you mark the item on door dash as unavailable? Because I know that you can do that but instead are too lazy to care. She then proceeded to say that she isn’t able to replace it for me because then they are at a loss and not getting paid for the new item they are giving to us…. I hope management sees this and changes there policies but this is non sense. You have officially lost our large amount of business that we have given to you guys week after week.
