Sonic Drive-in - Las Vegas

I visited Sonic's for the first time, and I found the ordering system to be somewhat confusing. However, the food was served fairly quickly! There was a minor mix-up with our drink orders, but they resolved it immediately. Overall, I had no issues and would definitely return during better times.

I experienced incredibly slow service at this restaurant. First off, they’ve closed down everything in favor of the drive-thru, which would be fine if they kept the line moving. Unfortunately, the wait was excruciatingly slow. When I finally reached the window, my order for just one shake wasn’t even ready. I ended up waiting five minutes after paying just to receive my shake. It seems like this place can only handle one order at a time, and it takes an eternity. I spent 40 minutes in the drive-thru for a single shake. I really should have left, but I promised my son I would get it for him.

I called DoorDash for assistance, but they advised me to push the red button, which I had already done twice. It seemed like the staff at Sonic were not being truthful. I ended up leaving without my order and without payment. To make matters worse, I watched 6-8 drive-through orders get served while I waited, which was incredibly frustrating. They really need to hire better staff. Overall, it was a terrible experience!

OMG. We went to this place last nite after basketball games. Hungry, thirsty and tired. The line moved like a snail. The person that was taking the order kept saying ok no problem every time you said something. By the time we got to the window. Order was incorrect. Geez. Cherry limeade was horrible. The girl at the window got angry because I had to ask for straws, napkins& sauces. Well if you had gotten my order correct I wouldn't have to ask Ty. Slow slow. Nasty drink Nasty attitude. The time was 730 ish pm. So you know your staff.????

Best place to get nugget ice chips. Kids chose to eat french toast which they both enjoyed. The morning drive thru guy was very friendly.
