Sinatra – Encore At Wynn Las Vegas

This restaurant is absolutely stunning, featuring outstanding service and some of the best food in Las Vegas. The osso bucco is so tender it practically melts in your mouth. The fresh pasta is delicious, and the scallops are cooked to perfection.

The appetizers lacked flavor and were uninviting. The main fish dish was dry, bland, and appeared to be frozen and overcooked. The waiter had a snobbish attitude and did not check in on us during the meal. We felt pressured by the staff to leave our table quickly. To make matters worse, my guest became ill from his meal. Overall, it was a highly disappointing and unsatisfactory dining experience.

From the moment you arrive at the entrance, you feel a warm atmosphere of friendship and family. The host is genuinely a gentleman. I was delighted with the table he chose for me—perhaps the best table in the restaurant. My waitress was incredibly kind, always taking the initiative to recommend dishes and wines from the menu. This was one of my best culinary experiences ever! Thank you to all my friends at Sinatra's!!!

I went for my birthday and had a wonderful experience. They had a hand written happy birthday card and small dessert with candle and happy birthday at the end. I had the apple, walnut, manchego cheese salad and the wagyu beef pasta dishes. Drinks were also great!

Very good as usual. Veal Parmigiana is fantastic. Great wine list. Been coming to Sinatra’s for many years now and does not ever disappoint. Ambiance is very special too.
