Such a pleasant surprise. It was simple yet elegant and comfortable. It was busy yet not chaotic or loud. Very intentional menu and we were recommended a superb dish that had a yellow buttery/cheesy sauce with chicken kabob swimming in it. The naan was excellent as well. Will definitely be back to try more and the menu. Oh! And the mango lassie was a nice drink and dessert. I'm confident you will love the experience here. Not cheap but worth every penny!
This was a new place for us and we're not that familiar with Indian food. It was delicious! Our waiter was good at helping us choose great dishes. We'll be back!
This place is a hidden treasure. Amazing Indian food with top quality and cleanliness. I will stress on the quality of the food. The place has a nice subtle vibe, just like their food. Everything looks great aesthetically. Food is presented well and does not feel like it has a lot of masala/spice. Feels good in the stomach. It?s rare to find such clean indian restaurants. A bit over priced but I guess they have maintained the place well so its worth the money. They also have a bar in the entrance. People who work there are mostly Americans. Customers are also mostly Americans. I?ve been here only once and didn?t not see any Indians at the time. Since it is in the north west region, and a lot of Indians live in the the south west region, they are unaware of this restaurant. But I?m glad I found this restaurant. Heart is happy ???
On the way home from early Vegas Golden Knights game looking for something new. Found Saffron in nearby restaurants and looked interesting, glad we did. Interior is spacious and clean. Nicely decorated for Indian ambiance and is much brighter and bigger than it seems. Food is very authentic, not that I am a big connoisseur of Indian cuisine. There is attention to detail and staff is really helpful. Guiding but not pushy. They even do a home brewed IPA. Having limited experience we tried the mixed Saffron platter. All was good but don't think we liked the ground lamb too much. Also got the Frankie Naan, definitely recommend it, makes the Naan softer but holds together still having bread texture and flavors reminiscent of Italian upbringing ??. The veggie Samosas were good and liked the red tamarind chipotle sauce to complement. Looking over the menu I can't wait to try more. Having the owner on premises is nice and willing to share his heritage is highly appreciated. Recommended, go now!
