The food here is not only tasty, but also reasonably priced. While I can't say it's the absolute best, it definitely rivals some of the top eateries in Vegas!
I rank it to one of the best raven in vegas. the other should be knight-tastu. sora have the best nudel, but the suppenbasis is not the most authentic. tatsu’s tonkutsu suppe tastes better after my personal preference.
After spending some time living in Japan and having good ramen joints in Chicago, it is not easy to impress us. We have decided to check this joint out considering all of the good reviews. I have to say, service is unbelievably fast. Given a full house and take out, everything came out in about 10 mins, that is got to be some kind of record. Now about the food, we basically ordered everything on the menu since the it is quite small, the focus is on the ramen of course with some small sides. The gyoza was perfect, the filling, the wrapper, the amount of sear and the dipping sauce. The Cha Shu curry rice is ok, a lot of pork, but the curry is too light, almost light enough to be a curry ramen broth. This is actually expected since ramen shops are not known for its curry. The fried rice was the biggest disappointment unfortunately. It is actually quite interesting since it is not a difficult dish to make. The rice was too wet, it was all stuck together. The amount of soy sauce was too little and since the rice was stuck together majority of the fried rice was actually just white rice. There is barely any flavor in it. I think this shouldn’t be the norm here but should be better consistency, fried rice is basic. The ramen noodle is good, but not exceptional in terms of the broth and the pork Cha Shu. I ordered specifically the Miso broth to check the flavor, it is a little on the light side for American taste but in line with the basic Japanese standard. The presentation on the other side is not up to standards, it is sort of just thrown together. In Japan this would be considered a normal mom and pop’s shop around the corner but it won’t draw a line that is for sure. For Vegas, beggars can’t be choosers. It is a solid 3.5 max.
Legit Sapporo ramen that's worth a try. Miso ramen is the most popular in Sapporo and being one of the Big Three ramen regions in Japan you have to try it. I got shio (salt) with butter and corn. If you want something different than the played out hakata style tonkotsu ramen this is it. The chashu was the best thing or if the entire dish. I had it paired with fried rice cuz you gotta try a ramen shops fried rice
So yummy! I got the pork fried rice, the number 1 Ramen and a side of spicy meat to add in. One of my fave Ramen places!
