Because of the long line they take orders before you get to the menu board and all they show is the chicken finger options so I had no idea that you had a chicken sandwich. When I asked the employee if those were the only options she said yes so she?s not even familiar with the menu.
I ordered a 3 piece combo and got the tiniest pieces of chicken. I also ordered a sweet tea for my drink and it was practically all ice. I?m very disappointed in my meal and the price I had to pay for 3 ?nuggets? I also ordered an extra honey mustard sauce and didn?t have enough chicken to have to use it.
First and foremost, they need to train their managers properly. The one who answered asked What 's up, Casey? When she picked up the phone. Called to tell them they gave me food poisoning and she told me it takes 24 hours for food poisoning symptoms to take effect. So I don 't think you got food poisoning from us but probably a bad batch of chicken. Uh, NO. It takes 30 minutes to an hour. Enough time for your body to tell you that you done messed up. Can 't get a refund without a recipt. Recipt or no, I have the transaction on my card. And as a POPULAR business, it is your responsibility as a manager to make the customer happy. What I went through should not have happened, and it did an hour after I ate. The manager on duty at 9:36 on 9/11 was not it and you lost a reaccuring customer.
Everything was fresh. They were fair on the fries lol. The toast was delicious ????
I can?t believe I went four years without having canes. look, it may seem like nothing special but the sauce is what gets ya. It?s amazing. The sweet tea is also a must.
