Well, for the first time in all my years of coming to Port of Subs on Eastern north of Serene, I thought the service was below average. Its 1830 hours and i just departed. It is July 15th.There were 2 employees there, a male and a female. The male was his usual affable self. However the female didplayed a non-caring attitude.The female’s name was Karia. She was so “dull”. She had no personality, no joy, no friendliness, but she did display an attitude of, “I don’t wanna be here”. I tried to strike up light conversation but it was to no avail. I received one word answers.As a customer I expect a little bit more in interpersonal skills. Karia should remember-that she is in a service oriented profession. People come because of the service. Additionally, if there aren’t any customers you won’t have employment!Having a bad day, or having a headache, or whatever is no excuse. Ive been there and I venture to say the majority of us have! But guess what? We can choose to have a great attitude despite negative outside occurrences.On the positive side? She did her job!?Respectfully and Best Regards,Joe Simmons702/994-8564
Very nice staff and pleasant but my expensive catered platter was 4 sandwiches short ? and we were heading out of town with a bus group so it was a material situation.
Just finished my two weeks of training at this store ..love this crew so talented and smart. i learned so much ..thank you chad and andrew for your patience..had lots of fun with you guys ....thank you
Excellent! Very clean store, great service from friendly staff, it doesn't feel like I'm walking into a sandwich shop it feels like im walking into my own home kitchen!
