This restaurant is a real gem, from its charming decor to the delicious food and excellent service. The chicken piccata was outstanding, and the mushrooms in lemon sauce truly elevated the dish.

My dad and I had dinner here yesterday to celebrate his birthday, and I can't emphasize enough how DELICIOUS everything was! From the warm, fresh bread to the tasty salad with creamy Parmesan Italian dressing, the veal and chicken Parmigiana, and of course, the tiramisu—everything was fantastic! Holly was absolutely wonderful; she greeted us with a smile as soon as we arrived and was very attentive throughout our meal. She took the time to explain the menu items as well as the specials. I will definitely be back! This is some of the best Italian food I've had since moving here.

This is undoubtedly the best Italian food I've ever experienced! Holly was an incredible server, and the food was exceptional. Everything from the bread to the calamari to the soup was delicious. We tried the fettuccine with shrimp and mushrooms, and it was absolutely divine! This place is a true hidden gem just outside the strip. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic dining experience.

This place is an absolute gem in the Las Vegas Valley. I’ve been ordering from Past Mia for nearly a decade. Delicious food and great customer service. The only Italian restaurant we order from. Chefs kiss!

The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived. I tried to order a side salad but was informed that I couldn't do so unless I ordered a $20 entree. I didn't see the point in paying $8 for a small salad. My husband ordered a meal and wanted to share the Caesar salad that came with it, but the waiter told us that if I were to eat the salad, there would be a $10.95 split charge. He was visibly upset, and we decided to leave. Now we see why the restaurant had no customers. The only positive aspect of this place was the hostess, who was very nice!
