The service was非常迅速 and the food was quite good. I tried the Baja warm bowl with chicken, which tasted really nice. However, it could use a little more substance; it was almost like a warm chip.

The recent shortage of ingredients has impacted the quality of the food. Additionally, the overall quality and preparation of the flatbreads have declined. Food rating: 3 out of 5.

Dining here is definitely overpriced and overrated. The latte machine was out of order, and they ran out of crumble. The waitress was new and unfortunately messed up our order. The seats had a channel pattern that felt dated, and the carpet looked dirty. Food rating: 4/5.

As a delivery driver is my time valuable, but these people do not think that clearly. they wanted to ask for an order, and they said they don't need a problem for a few minutes. I go back to the counter to ask for a eta 15 minutes later, just to say that my order had been given away 15 minutes ago, how are they serious?! thank you for wasting my time and a great order.

Things are declining at Panera. This is a leadership fail, not just management. Out of Mexican Street corn soup ... ok, it happens. Paid $19.77 for lunch and I get to look at this. Showed it to a Manager and told her brown lettuce is unattractive , she responded I understand . Nothing else. Disappointing. She is not being supported by her team nor her Senior leadership. This is a Brand and Leader fail. Obvious efforts to evolve the menu. Customer experience is suffering. The Accuracy Matters is insuffient, if the quality and presentation are wanting.
