I was greeted by roberto, who proved to be our waiter. with talks at our table I asked roberto to get us from the menu whatever he wants. before the selection for us he checked for food allergies and we had a gentleman in our party who would not eat a pig. when serving, roberto was careful to position all pork shells on the opposite end of the table from our gast. eating was absolutely to die for....super authentic! roberto was the real star of the show....fantastic service and a great host. I would recommend pamplona cocktails and tapas for anyone who wants to move away from the strip and find authenticity in las vegas.
Our culinary experience has always been excellent. eating is so tasteful! definitiw one of our favorite restaurants!
