Napoli Pizzeria - Las Vegas

We decided to switch locations because the one on Warm Springs was quite disappointing. Here, we placed our order over the phone for a specific pickup time. When we arrived, we only had to wait about four minutes to receive it. The pizza looked great and tasted good as well.

I just ordered three 5-piece chicken fingers, and they were small, overcooked, and dry. They used to be a good size and quite tasty. I'm not sure what has happened to their food, but it definitely wasn't worth the $15 I paid per order.

1. When I went to place my order, it felt like they were out of nearly everything I wanted to get. 2. Upon sitting down in the dining area, which had around ten tables, I noticed that all the napkin holders were empty. 3. To my dismay, I discovered a piece of a metal scouring pad in my chicken finger. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

Prior to today, I can't remember the last time I had food that was absolutely inedible. This may have been the worst meal I've ever had from a dining establishment in Las Vegas. I got a stromboli, chicken wings, and fries. The stromboli was undercooked, floppy, and soggy. I can look past that. When I took a bite, it tasted the way that raw questionable chicken smells. Went to the website, placed the order, it was delivered right away. The pizza was good, I'm not sure why this place has so many bad ratings. It was a good pizza, crust, cheese, sauce and ingredients. I think people out here are so negative here in Vegas that they rather bash a place than give it the credit it deserves.
