Mimi's Cafe - Las Vegas

We've visited this restaurant many times and have always had a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly and the food is delicious. We particularly enjoy the Mimosas, which we often indulge in. The muffins are exceptional, and I can honestly say that every single one is fantastic. I always leave feeling full, and I’m a big guy, so that's saying something! The seating is also comfortable, which is important to me. I’m giving it four stars instead of five only because some dishes have changed over time and aren’t as good as they used to be. If you typically order a dish you love, it might be a good idea to check if it’s still prepared the same way.

We visited Mimi's Cafe for the first time and we were very happy with our experience. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and you're immediately surrounded by a variety of delicious-looking dishes. The host greeted us with a cheerful attitude, and our waiter, Enrique, was both attentive and friendly. The Pain Perdue dish was delightfully flavorful and satisfying. We will certainly return for another visit.

I wasn't very impressed with this restaurant based on my previous visits, but my wife convinced me to give it another try. This time was somewhat better, but I'm still not a fan of Mimi's. I ordered the seasonal pumpkin pancakes, which were quite good, but the turkey sausage was undercooked. I asked for two eggs, but it looked like I only received one, and my hot chocolate was too watery. My wife ordered an egg white omelette, but they made it with regular eggs instead. Additionally, our server didn’t check in with us after delivering our food. I can confidently say this was my last visit unless some improvements are made.

Great breakfast and service. Coffee is good.. Many options to choose from. Average price was about $13 and included sides. When we walked in it was not busy at all, there were staff cleaning and ready to seat us. Servers were great. Definitely will be back. Prefer this place over EggWorks.

Lots and lots of choices for down home cooking. We went on Sunday evening and found the place to be nearly empty. They gave an outdoor patio on the east side of the building so it's in the shade most of the day. Service was good. Muffins were really good and are available to take home.
