Mezzo Bistro and Wine - Las Vegas

I TRULY believe in second chances and supporting businesses so I WILL be going back. I visited Mezzo Bistro and wine back in May, and one star is for the service, I saw a recent review from someone name Beck Herm and I agree. Food over cooked. Sent back, came back the same. Ordered medium, came well done twice

We were promptly welcomed and seated. Paulina, our waitress was wonderful. Paulina welcomed us and too our drink orders. Upon her return, Paulina took our salad and entree orders. Paulina checked on us to ensure we were having a exceptional dining experience. Our salads were delicious, and our entrees were beautifully plated and delicious. Paulina and the entire staff was exceptional. I highly recommend Mezzo Bistro to everyone. Mezzo Bistro Mgmt., should be proud to have Paulina on their team.
