Kfc - Las Vegas

We ordered #5 combo chicken wings. He repeatedly said not spicy, but when we got the order, it was spicy, mussing biscuit. My husband talk to the manager but the manager is rude and insisting that my husband did not order regular. He is not willing ti correct their mistake. He was yelling to my 82 year old husband to leave. We leave the place end up not having lunch and donating $21.64 to KFC.

The girl working in the drive-thru was exceedingly rude for absolutely no reason at all. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with some of the workers here unless you like getting snapped out when you’ve been nothing but polite.

Would give no stars if I could. The young man working the drive thru today was super rude. Stated my husbands total before he said he was done ordering then when my husband politely corrected him that he wanted more food gave him attitude. The food didnt even come with utensils either or napkins. Will never go back.

Missing 1 complete comb meal from order and 3 of 5 drinks were wrong. the attempted call would not call. tried corporate would also not answer. went back and manager tried to tell me that he could not refund drinks because they were free? lol will never return food: 4/5

Jermaine was very helpful! has made our experience great, especially because we are new in the vegas againstd! we will definitely come back to this location. Thank you.
