I am amazed by Kaizen! It is a hidden gem of a restaurant with a charming ambiance, perfect for a romantic and affordable dinner. My boyfriend and I adored the decor and the service was exceptional and very welcoming. The Baked New Zealand Mussels in Dynamite Sauce were the best mussels I have ever tasted. They were perfectly cooked, with a sauce that complemented them perfectly. They were so delicious that I wish we had ordered two servings! The standout sushi roll for us was the Orange Blossom. We also tried the Jay Roll and the Sour Candy Roll (with lemon slices on top), but the Orange Blossom was our favorite by far. We will definitely be ordering it again, along with the New Zealand Mussels. Kaizen has become our new go-to sushi spot in Las Vegas!

These are the best egg rolls I have ever had - they are butterflied, crispy, and the inside is tender and perfect for dipping. Normally I don't enjoy fried egg rolls, but I will make an exception for these. I watched as beautiful rolls came out from the kitchen, they were presented wonderfully. My Alaskan roll with eel sauce had a great bite to it. This place is a must-visit.
