In-n-out Burger - Las Vegas

The fries were stale, which was surprising because it's the first time we've experienced this. It was quite disappointing since we usually look forward to a great meal there. However, things happen! We'll give it another shot the next time we're craving In-N-Out.

Live in England and whenever and wherever I come to West coast USA need an In and out and it has never let me down for 20+years.

Fast service and same great taste and value as always. Restaurant was clean and the staff was efficient.

Order was wrong and the guy who took the order didn't even ask what was wrong. The server gal remade the whole order and offered anything to make it up. We politely declined and enjoyed the meal she brought us. My only critique would be that the picture of the Double-Double on the menu board looked nothing like what I received. Instead of a nicely separated two patty burger, kind of like a Big Mac. What I received was two Patty's squished together like a diner might do it. Just didn't look very appetizing at that point but was still good nonetheless. Thank you in-n-out. Free t-shirt would have been a great idea and good marketing strategy. Oh well, maybe next time. LoL

Even when the line is long, it moves fast. They hook it up here. Animal style is amazing and the out a good amount of fixin's. Hits the spot
