Ihop - Las Vegas

My friend and I had the pleasure of being served by Joseph. He was extremely attentive, checking on us multiple times to ensure everything was good. He was very kind and engaged in pleasant conversation. The food was amazing and the customer service was even better. The staff were welcoming and polite. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Super bad service she did not bring spoon service of the man who visited us was very rude the worst experience I ever had in ihop, even my son had anxie because he began to spray a very ugly girl the worst service of my life

The wait for our food was very long, 45 minutes to 1 hour for only three dishes, despite the restaurant not being busy. When we ordered our drinks, the waiter simply placed them on the table without asking if we wanted refills. Unfortunately, when our food finally arrived, it was not up to par. Interestingly, the waiter at the table behind us was very friendly and even offered them a discount for waiting patiently. The only positive was that we were not charged for a drink we had ordered.

Worst experience. They seated us in a row which apparently didn’t have a waiter assigned. We sat for 15 minutes without anyone taking orders…and then this lady shows up who asks we’d like to drink something. You don’t go to iHop to just drink. No apologies, no reseating, no waiters assigned and no food. We left.

Staffed adequately with professional servers and host and you of course get your own small coffee carafe... always a plus over the competition so your not always asking for refills. Modern interior, and best of all... PLENTY of parking all around and no issues with the homeless folks harassing patrons. Food was standard IHOP quality and nothing was out of stock..but ham could be soon as other establishments have been in the Vegas area.
