House of Blues Restaurant & Bar - Las Vegas

I've been to Burger Bar a handful of times within the past few years. The service has always been good and the wait is never long.

My part was seated right away We ordered our drinks and food The shake was very good.

Wife and I dropped in on a Sunday -- they were pretty busy so we sat at the bar instead of waiting for a tableThat was fine.

Server was incredibly rude. I never asked if we need to refill drinks. I never asked if the food was okay. Ordered a medium-rare prime rib. It came out medium good. My husband's middle rib was much rarer than mine. Just an overall bad experience.

The food was great. We had the prawns and the chicken parm.
