Hachi Japanese Yakitori Izakaya

I was looking for a place to eat off the strip for at least an hour or two and I kept comming back to this place. The food was really good, and the prices very affordable. Everything tasted really fresh and the staff is wonderful. The location is small, which is why I think the costumer services and food is so good. We got there less than 30 minutes after opening and it was already almost full. Would come again.

I don't leave reviews at all but I had to because this place is great. I love the late hours because I work in the food industry and I can come in and get drinks and amazing food with my friends after work. This place has a good vibe and nice atmosphere. I have been to Japan many times and the Japanese food here is so good. The quality and consistency is always on point, I have been coming here for years and nothing has ever really tasted off and that is very impressive. 10/10 would recommend.

I was visiting Vegas and a server from another restaurant recommended this place to my group. I could not be happier with this pick! The food was amazing and the service was so good. We had a huge variety of food and everything was great. The skewers are made to order and come to the table nice and hot (my favorites were the unagi and citron pepper chicken). The sashimi was fresh and plated beautifully. The chicken karrage was juicy and has two options for sauces (both are delicious). On top of awesome food and service, the pricing for everything is so reasonable. The restaurant is on the smaller side, so I recommend making a reservation. Can’t wait to come back next time I visit!

Don’t let the name fool you. Location is bigger than what a traditional Japanese izakaya would be and they pack a punch on service and traditional dishes.They use Binchotan Japanese lump charcoal to cook their yakitori.
