Fat Shack - Las Vegas

Being that I was always a returning customer, this was one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Rude phone etiquette and upset that I wanted to place an order. Despite his poor customer service I still gave a nice tip, which he wasn't grateful for. When he handed me my food I told him thank you and have a good night to which he looked down while handing me the food and didn't respond at all. Not the way you treat a loyal customer, I won't order from there ever again.

There’s and inverse relationship between taste and health and this one maxes out the taste 10/10 especially if you come hungry

Terrific staff all very friendly and kind. It's not often staff, at fast food restaurants, come and ask you how everything was. Food was pretty good probably a 7 or 8 out of 10.

Top notch service. Can't go wrong with the fried desserts!!! We are definitely going to return.
