Cornerstone Classic American Steakhouse

We discovered this hidden gem this weekend and had a wonderful experience. We will be back on our next visit, as it was the best meal we've ever had in Las Vegas. The service was exceptional, Stephanie provided the most wonderful descriptions of each dish and enticed us to order dishes we normally wouldn't...and I'm so glad we did! The prime rib was perfectly cooked and every side we ordered was delicious. The Kobe meatballs, the crab cake and the calamari appetizers were all wonderful. My only regret is that we didn't save room for dessert...but next visit, we will definitely make this a priority.

Got steak here. Amazing. Steak was swimming in so much oil that I asked for an empty glass and filled it up, and still had a LOT (way too much) oil on the plate with the steak. Tucked away in the corner of The Gold Coast, Cornerstone is a beautiful, underrated steakhouse. The prime rib has a delicious crust and the baked potatoes were cooked to perfection. I will will add more to this review once I've tried more menu items, but what I did have was outstanding quality and the servers were very friendly and attentive. We'll be back for sure!
