Chili's Grill - Las Vegas

Joe black is one of the best bartenders I've ever had. the food was delicious and the drinks were delicious and refreshing. grand coconut margarita was very good. only the complaining is the bathroom was not all clean. also when they walk from the bathroom to the foot and pass the kitchen, the kitchen floor and the counter was a chaos. I understand, it's the kitchen and eating goes everywhere, but it just seemed exaggerated.

That was the second time we gave him a chance, still disappointed. the service was terrible, the waiting period was ridiculous. the host had an appointment with her smirk. we went out after a long wait. they have to play their game, his as if they do moan one please by keeping them there. there are many other restaurants that are in the environment that customers welcome. so if they want to be ignored, kept and wait forever - this is the place to be, not to mention that it is dirty. they do not delete the salt and pepper shakers. the chandeliers have dust buns on them and it smells.

I would come at least once a week to the Sommerliner site. the service was mostly decent. Eating was always great. but my last 3 visits in the last 3 months were anything but great. Two stars are friendly. it literally took them about 15 minutes to put us and another 17 minutes, just to get drinks and order every time it was not even busy. the food was overcooked and not delicious. there was no excuse for such a bad service. today I was there and left after 13 minutes waiting for someone to sit on us, who walks around in a personal way. the management is clearly not able to do their job or they are overwhelmed. also difficult to send to companies.

I love the service here! The robot Rita was a nice touch! Drinks were perfectly made and the food came out Hot Hot Hot!We came during lunch on a Saturday and there was plenty of space and we were seated immediately.Please do try the Margarita!!

Had an interesting experience today with my waiter, the bartender. My friend asked for some more blackberry syrup for the tea, and waiter joked, Some more African American sauce? Me and my friend were taken aback and just laughed, but I don 't see how this was appropriate at all. It spoiled the mood.
