Carbone Aria - Las Vegas

The atmosphere and the music was fabulous. the waiting staff was excellent. the pasta I ordered was not good. my friend ordered the same pasta and agreed that it was not good. that was the only disappointment.

Finally tried carbone and was extremely disappointed by the service. so a shame because it was delicious. the service has just ruined the experience. busboy was great, but our server was sniffed and confused by making a few strange attacks. he recommended us to do family style (what we already planned) but we waited 45 minutes after our saadi we are finished before we ask about our second curs that pastas. he tells us that he assumed that we wanted everything at once, as we were all “splitting” everything. Why should they accept that? if there was any question, he should have been clarified, but no we do not want our second courses to be stacked with our participants. we were the first table to have a place and the last one who got our dinner. Nobody even apologized. they only took free meatballs with our escapes that didn't make any sense. my brother had initially ordered a beautiful bottle of wine for the table, but they did not bring it out. after about twenty minutes ask what took so long, we asked and server did appalled that we ask and tell us he accepted that we want to dinner. also this is a strange take. we spent much too much money for such a low service and when it was time to finish, we were not even offered coffee. he just punched the check and credit card machine for us to find out himself. this was a special occasion dinner and we were patient and in good spirit, but the service was a scandal and I felt embarrassing that I brought my family here and let them spend so much money here on the eve of my high time. the first and last time that each of us in this not so fine restaurants

We were greeted with a smile and quickly sitting. the waiter has addressed all the questions and concerns we had about the menu. he interacted well and did so with a smile. eating was amazing. I had the lambcuffs that were cooked for perfection. overall experience was great.

We went for dinner at it was absolutely one of the best places and meals I have had from all my trips to Vegas. I am making it a must eat place when I return and encouraging others too go! I will be replicating the spicy vodka rigatoni at home. Score 10/10!
