Bobby, the sous chef, and Rita, the host, along with the rest of the staff, were incredible. They were attentive and friendly, ensuring that my guest and I were well taken care of. I will definitely be returning!
We always have a great experience at Briggs. Although we were seated well after our reservation time, I understand that with limited seating due to COVID-19, it can happen. Usually, the service is exceptional, especially with Louis as our regular server. However, the server we had this time was quite slow; she didn't clear our plates and just placed my beer on the table without pouring it. That said, the food was excellent as always. Overall, I would give it 4 stars, and I believe this isn't typical of their usual service.
Restaurant says they don't take reservations! Funny that I can book a reservation, but they don't honor one
Had my usual.. all was good except one person was missing shrimp in the pan roast while we had 5-6 each?
