Bavette's Steakhouse - Las Vegas

From the moment we stepped through the door, everything was flawless. The service was impeccable, with every need attended to, and the timing of the dishes and drinks was perfectly coordinated. The atmosphere was nothing short of amazing. The food was outstanding—the wedge salad, in particular, was the best I've ever had, and I consider myself a wedge salad connoisseur. You could taste the freshness of the herbs in the chef's ranch dressing. The steaks were seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the creamed spinach was so delicious it practically melted in your mouth. We ended the evening with a slice of carrot cake, which was equally exceptional. Jessica, our server, did a fantastic job, and we can’t wait to return for another visit.

Bavette’s is, without a doubt, one of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited. The ambiance is perfect, and the service is impeccable. As for the food, it’s in a league of its own: the bone-in dry-aged ribeye is probably the best steak I’ve ever had, the burger sets a new standard, and the mac and cheese is equally outstanding. Old Fashioned was solid. This place is simply amazing, and I can’t recommend Bavette’s enough.

Highly recommend. We sat at the bar before seeing Mariah Carey on a Saturday night. The service was phenomenal, those guys are so friendly and also helpful with planning how much what to order based on what you like, how hungry you are, and if you’re on a time limit. Started with a martini with blue cheese olives best I’ve had in a long time. We shared a steak, fries, and broccoli, all of which were cooked to perfection and came out with plenty of time for us to enjoy before the show.

It is a gorgeous restaurant with tasty food. I recommend making reservations ahead of time.

Incomparable service and cocktails from Dennis at the bar. Food was just about as good as the original in Chicago. Check out the back bar for a more chill atmosphere.
