If there was a way to give a negative rating to this restaurant, I would. The so-called manager, Ann, is the worst at resolving issues. When we tried to discuss a problem with our bill, she accused my husband of stealing ice cream from the restaurant.

The restaurant has a very bad crew and lacks any kind of customer service. The Latino manager is the worst person to take your order. When I asked her to remove an item from my smoothie, she rudely told me she was too busy and that I should go somewhere else if I didn't like it. This kind of attitude made my family of 5 leave the establishment and we will not be returning as long as she is in charge. I hope that the management will reach out to me so I can provide them with a detailed explanation of our experience.

We arrived at the restaurant nearly 10 minutes before closing time, only to find that the machines were already switched off. We were informed that we couldn't order juice because the machine was already being cleaned.

Wouldn’t go again. Limited CoVid menu ?. Steak came not very hot. Put in back semi-private room. Steak was good. Seasoned nicely. Thom was great. But won’t go back.

Great atmosphere staff decor lighting. We split the Tomahawk sirloin and lobster Mac n cheese, paired with Viejo Roja red wine. Will eat here again. Luxor is underrated.
