Arby's Roast Beef - Las Vegas

How is this Arbys still in business. I like their food but every single time I go to this location I have, without a doubt, the worst customer service. I get they're just fast food workers but PLEASE find people who actually know how to do their job and work. I ask for bronco sauce, ketchup, and marinara, What do I get? Arbys sauce, horsey sauce, and ranch. If you really don't feel like working hard and doing a good job then please just work somewhere where you don't have to deal with customers.
