Urban Dining Group - Las Vegas Strip

I've always enjoyed dining in here. It's a fun atmosphere and beer and food are great. This one particular day, I decided to order curbside. It was a very simple order, burger and a side. Apparently the side I chose was not available (it was also a premium upgrade). Girl comes out with my order, says they gave me fries instead and the manager would refund back the upgrade fee. I happen to not like fries. Why wouldn't you pick up the phone and ask your customer what they would prefer instead? I was so announced that I wasn't going to wait for them to fix it. Additionally, that manager never did refund me. If/when I go back, it will be inside where I can have them correct their mistakes immediately. No more curbside orders from them, though.

My avocado smash burger was made all the more enjoyable by my server, Natali. She was very friendly, helpful and I got the impression that she cares about her guests' experience because she reminded me of her name before and after ordering. I appreciated that, just in case I had a question. I look forward to seeing her again on my next visit.
