Sterling Brunch - Las Vegas Strip

Heya folks. Just checked with the hotel on March 9, 2022. Sterling Brunch is STILL closed and seems to be closed the entirety of 2022. 03.09.22

Haha, the lobster stinks. I went for brunch to test it out because it was in the price range... but it's a good thing I didn't go for dinner... it's closed now.

Update: Confirming that as of 9/30/21 this brunch is still closed with no plans of re-opening in 2021. Update: Just providing an update to anyone who is looking for information. As of 8/7/21 this brunch is still closed. When speaking to staff, I was informed that this brunch does not plan to reopen anytime in 2021. At best, early 2022 will have a reopening of this buffet.

This place shows open on internet but is actually closed. Has been closed since covid started. Hope this info helps today is 5/16/21

Went in 2018 and really enjoyed the experience, will be going again. Only thing that happened at the time was that occasionally the texture of a lobster would be kind of mushy, but every lobster won't be the perfect lobster i get that. It's all you can eat so nothing to sweat over so make no mistake It's definitely worth checking out. The lobster cognac omelet is great, and so was the steak and other items, caviar, lamb, pork, etc. Only thing I didn't try was the airline chicken, too full on other items but maybe next time. And the endless champagne OMG! The service is outstanding its a must try if you love Vegas.
