Starbucks - Las Vegas Strip

They do not know how to make drinks here. I asked for a drink and they forgot to put the syrups. How do you forget the most important part about the drink. It tasted like water and milk which was disgusting. The one near 215 had remade it and it was wayyy better. Not coming to this one ever again.

Usually have no issues with the service, but today the usual morning shift employee was being so unprofessional: cussing when talking to what I think was a regular customer and insulting what seemed to be a new employee on the register. I would have assumed that they were just joking but the look on the new employee’s face was as if she’d been embarrassed and hurt. The other customers and I exchanged confused looks and awkwardly waited in line. I gave the new employee an easy order rather than my usual order for her sake.

Felt like I was not welcomed or I was a bother to the early morning employee for just walking up and not knowing the cup sizes and saying just a regular cold brew light ice and getting a cup full of ice with some coffee in it kinda ruined my experience

Let's just say Janna the girl working mornings is not a morning person or people person at all ! The look on her face alone is scary then Dnt try to talk to her cause whoa talk about rude ! I order Starbucks legit like 3-4 a day I love Starbucks employees always so cool but not this one let's maybe get her off morning s cause from someone who doesn't want to be up early herself lol def Dnt want to deal with rude people early in the morning !
