Best Bowl in Greenville Area. I love the vanilla and coconut base! Great selection and love to make my own bowl. Fruit is Amazing!

Extremely slow service. “Manager” sits and is in her phone rather than take it upon herself to assist the line of customers. Employee is too social with two people in front of us. And he appeared to not really care that there’s a line. Not a great way to start off a new franchise. I won’t recommend this place at all. Tropical Smoothie is far more professional and speed is their game. Good luck cuz they’ll need it.

I came into everbowl yesterday for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The customer service is amazing, especially from the manager working, Angelina! She was really friendly, patient, and respectful due to it being my first time in an everbowl. She answered all of my questions happily and my bowl came out really pretty! Will definitely be coming back.

This review is based solely off the company and how they provide their product. I don't like how all the açaís bases are prepared in tubs. Paying $15, for a medium build your own, is absolutely ridiculous. It's not fresh, it's premade, and you're scooping it into a bowl. Granted I understand this concept could be compared to ice cream places, but if I'm paying $13-15 for a medium sized bowl, i expect the bases to be freshly blended. As far as the toppings go it's okay. The standard fruits, nuts/shavings, and nut butters. It's great it's unlimited, but I can't fold my ingredients into my açaí or even dig down into them because the bases are frozen solid from being premade. The girl who served me was super nice but I won't be going back based off the product being served.
