El Bolero - Las Vegas Strip

Maybe I came in on a bad day, ordered 3 Cuban sandwiches with fries. Cold fries cold sandwich (didn’t bother to toast the bread, looks like sandwich was just slopped together). Customer service needs work also, I walked in and said hello to everyone and they just stared at me. Food looked like it’s been sitting in the warmer for a while. Cashier and workers were not friendly at all. And I even tipped them a $10 spot for putting my order together. Will not be going back and I do not recommend.

My boyfriend got their 15 minutes early and didn’t believe his name was his name even though he had confirmation and she proceeded to have an attitude saying why he was early when his order is to be made in 15 minutes and he was okay with waiting and said he would wait. Horrible customer service

Recommended 100 percent the food is excellent as if it were at home the attention and service excellent service

It was my first time visiting this super authentic place with a very rich Cuban flavor, I will definitely recommend it to my friends and anyone who wants to try Cuban food and experience fair prices…
