Earl Of Sandwich In Summerl

Extremely slow service, crew were fighting each other and they stopped selling. Missing some items in sandwiches and not complete. Never go there anymore avoid. This really sucs. Not same earl than elsewhere.

TLDR: only eat here if you have an hour to wait for what should be a 5 minute sandwich. Food was acceptable, but not good . Terrible experience. Understaffed by a manager, one employee, and a trainee. Manager looked ready to cry, and disappeared in the back for 30 something minutes, not helping to make anything. Was backed up to the point they told people to leave, they weren 't taking any orders for twenty minutes which turned into no orders for the entire 45 minutes I waited for a sandwich. My sister, right behind me in line, did not have her order taken for ten minutes after me. The guy sitting next to me waited an hour for his and was trying to cancel his order and go elsewhere and they stopped everything to make his sandwich. AKA they told him his was next rather than cancel the order and it was still another 10 minutes before he got his food. The two of us warned several other patrons that walked in to go elsewhere, as they couldn 't even get an employee to notice them standing at the counter. The regular employee was moving slower than molasses. In winter. On Pluto. They had around 15 online order tickets to make, which couldn 't possibly be true with an hour wait time, and no drivers showed up during the 45 minutes I waited. So the order tickets are apparently just all mixed together on the table. They also had to sort through them to find mine because I was clearly waiting to get my order and wasn 't happy about the wait. I was offered a free cookie as compensation for the wait time, as were several others while I was there. Buffalo chicken wrap was filled with the same watery chicken used in all the chicken subs, and then drowned in buffalo sauce. Wrap itself was rolled so poorly both halves basically disintegrated when I picked them up. Ignoring those two points, the wrap was acceptable. Produce (lettuce, tomatoes, etc) were fresh. Side salad is actually a decent size and was made on the spot from the line ingredients and appears fresh as well (have not eaten yet).

Geez…. This place has great sandwiches but and customer service is lacking starting with the owner/manager. They were so backed up from online orders and while the two employees tried to keep up….manager just tried to look busy breaking down boxes. We waited 20 minutes to order and 30 minutes for our sandwiches.

The store hour is until 7pm, but every time we came on 6:40, the store already closed???? We tried to online order pick up on 6:00pm, it shown as cannot ordered. Really don’t understand, if you won’t open until 7 just let people know it!

We keep wanting to try this place but every time we’ve gone, they’ve been closed. Google Maps says they close at 8, but their door actually says 7, so the first time it wasn’t their fault. But tonight we made a special trip and made sure to be there before 7 and at 6:45 they were completely closed and dark, with no employees to be seen cleaning up. Another lady arrived at the same time as us and had made a mobile order and was there to pick it up.
