Dunkin' - Las Vegas Strip

Every day I go they are awesome and ready. I highly recommend here to everyone.

Literally the worst service I've ever seen in my entire life including restaurants. I asked for a latte the employee didn't want to make it the way I wanted it and said there's nothing that she can do about it wouldn't give me a refund I said I'm not gonna drink it cause that's not the way I like my latte didn't matter it was already made. What are disgusting employee. Proceeded to run in the back and never come back out after telling me she was going to get the managers information. Told me to blame my husband for not ordering it the right way but while she was making it I told her how I wanted it and she said too bad I'm going to make it this way and once I got it, I said I didn't want it that's not the way I drink my Dunkins. Very rude employee and should be fired. The customer should be always right. ESPECIALLY WHEN I ASKED FOR IT A CERTAIN WAY. She said NO! Lol what a sad situation. Never would I spend a dime at this place. She also took my drink I didn't want and slammed it in the trash!!!!!!! What in gods name !? Happy holidays...

You are not! supposed to spray bleach around the customer weather is supposed to be done daily and not supposed to have adduit with the customer not around food or customers! Well be hearing from the health department not pleased with the customer service! Not going there again!

Dunkin inside of AZC has the best baristas! They're all so nice and hard working under the pressure and fast paced of all the hotel guests and customers that come to gamble.
