Dairy Queen Grill Chill

I took one star from service because the guy at the cash register didn't know how to make $0.70 in change. Everything else was good.

My wife and I stopped in to get a DQ cake for our grand daughter’s birthday. We asked for a birthday message be put on the cake and it turned out unsatisfactory. We voiced our concern and the manager, Jordan, came to the rescue! She fixed the sloppy printing and did a beautiful job!!! The pic is of the finished cake. If you need a DQ cake be sure to ask for Jordan!

Ever since their new management they’ve been amazing the food used to be cold and now it’s so hot and they have great customer service highly recommend this dairy queen and their guaranteed to put happy birthday on ice cream cakes. and they were quick

This lowest rating is due to the utter lack of Service and respect from the employees here at the drive thru. Made our order and drove up to the window to receive food and pay. Started with the ditzy young girl being all confused taking our order, this attitude causing me to forget to indicate I did not want mustard or mayo on the burgers. When I relayed this to the girl at the window. she told me they already made the burgers with those condiments and they could not start over to make other burgers the way I wanted. When I calmly confronted her with a Really!? comment-this is the way you treat your customers , she told me she would not help us and that we should leave! I then asked to speak to the manager, and to our surprise and disgust, this young male manager did exactly the same thing and told us right away to just leave. We have never been treated this way at this establishment or any other Dairy Queen or other fast food location. These sorry excuses for respectable employees have no business serving customers or managing their place of business. They create a horribly negative experience and give Dairy Queen a black eye in a world where we have had only positive interactions in the past. They should be ashamed of themselves!!
