Bollywood Pizzeria has great potential. We order two pizzas, the Balle Balle minus chicken and the Hara Bhara. Both pizzas were good enough, I mean it's pizza which automatically makes it yummy. I agree with the first reviewer that the dough needs work. More naan like would be a bonus, but some place between naan/pizza dough could make it all the more tastier. People devour Indian food for it's bold flavors, so I wish the indian sauce and toppings were more bold. They definitely had flavor but I feel the chef held back on the flavor sensation that could be kicked up. Also, there were extra toppings on the pizza that were not listed in the ingredients such as green beans and corn. When attempting to create your own pizza you can only pick one veggie topping which was unusual. Example: you can pick one sauce, one protein, and one vegetable. Maybe a glitch in the system. Overall a positive experience. Would consider trying again once the dough improves, the flavors become more predominant, and they create more pizza choices.
I was just telling my Indian friend that I miss eating Indian Pizza in NYC or Edison, NJ. Was looking for something to order fir lunch today and saw this place. It must be brand new and just working in a kitchen not having a restaurant- seems that's what is popping up in Vegas- less overhead cost. So we ordered from Grubhub but we saw it was avail on most food delivering service. So my review is more of 3.5 stars but I didn't want to give them a 3 stars. So regarding the Indian pizza- we tried three different ones- Balle balle, bahubali, and Chennai express. They all didn't disappoint but wished they used naan as their dough instead of pizza dough. The flavors were there- it tasted good- but I would recommend to add an extra masala sauce for the tikka masala pizza. We enjoyed the tandoori chicken wings- great flavor. Will definitely try the other flavors next time. The paneer sticks were good with the dipping sauce. Chicken 65 was flavorful and highly recommended. Lamb kabob was good. The delivery service was late or the order was late by 30 minutes. I expected that with Indian food- punjabi time. Will definitely try again.
