Racks (sm Southmall, Paranaque)

Instead of our usual order of ribs, we decided to try the fish and chips at this restaurant. The fish had a nice texture and was a good size, but I wish the portion of chips was a bit larger. The speck mac and cheese, as always, was delicious.

We missed racks. it's been a long time since we finally ate here. we ordered a complete plate of beef and brought their regular and extra hot sauces home. I ordered an overpriced dalandan juice that I found too sweet. everything was a good experience. preisy for 2,6k total bill (sauces were at 340 per bottle and bought 2) and ripened almost 1.7k for a full plate, but ok for a late lunch early dinner tasty bites for two. not on the photo: drip coffee for two that were not very good.

The quality of the food at Kuya J restaurant is inconsistent. While I typically enjoy dining there, this time I was disappointed by the recycled dishes. It felt like I wasn't getting my money's worth.

This is a lovely spot to enjoy some delicious meat dishes.
