Las Rejas - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Prices in the bar were not available. We took two tapas and two small beers, the bill was 24 €, which was double as in same kind of tapas bars. The only thing, the bartener was interested was our nationality before the bill.

We visited Las Palmas for one week, and stumbled across this place by chance on the first night. Came back two more times (half of our evening meals were here). Very tasty, very reasonably priced. The staff very friendly also. We tried some very different food, local tastes. They seem very proud of the food they offer, and rightly so. The menu is in Spanish only, so we required some assistance in translating, which the staff were happy to oblige, and also translated some on the phone. Very comfortable place also, very relaxing, beer and wine both very nice. Couldn't recommend highly enough a must try!!

Had a lovely meal and drinks here. Meals are in Canarian however the waitress did an amazing job at explaining using the little bit English she knew. All served with a friendly smile made to feel very welcome.
