Wendy's - Las Cruces

The gentleman who assisted me was very kind. I believe his name was Jasper. He was polite and respectful.

My great-grandchildren received exceptional service from the staff during our visit. They devoured everything in their kids' meals and earned a small Frostie, which they finished off in no time!

This restaurant location should not partner with Uber or any other food delivery service. There seems to be an issue every time we visit. I waited 37 minutes for an Uber order that I ultimately had to cancel. During that time, I saw at least five other customers walk out and two cars leave the drive-thru without receiving their food. My Uber order included a baked potato, a six-piece chicken, a burger, fries, and a Dr Pepper. It shouldn't take more than ten minutes to prepare that order. When I attempted to call the restaurant, nobody answered.

I have lost count of how many times this location has messed up my order, forgotten an item, failed to include sauces I specifically requested, etc. They've seemingly purposely left things out even when a manager is standing directly at the window. Their ice cream machine is either down or out of a flavor at least 70% of the time. I've eaten at a countless number of bad restaurants but this one tops em all.

So i go to the drive thru. Order 2 hamburgers and a chicken sandwich. Waited 15 minutes after paying with no one behind me. Worst yet they got the order wrong, and the person who brought it out just handed it to me like they were too busy to even be bothered as they rushed back inside. Not sure whats going on, but they need new management! Or just close down already
